- Ocean Trailers Ltd retained SHA to undertake design, construction management and
QA/QC of the DSS Landfill Closure in Delta B.C. during the summer of 2012.\ - SHA provided a full range of engineering services on this assignment that included a
conceptual and detailed design package, technical specifications, tendering
services and construction management. - SHA also worked closely with Metro Vancouver in developing the 300mm fabricated
topsoil layer for the side slopes and surface water retention pond. The topsoil was
blended off site and trucked to the site for application overseen by SHA. Biosolids
were used to fabricate approximately 10,000 m3 of topsoil for the project.
