Poul Hansen is the Chairman and General Manager of Sperling Hansen. Poul brings to the team extensive experience in business and economic management. Since starting his career in 1948, Poul has held numerous senior executive positions, culminating with his appointment as President of Highland Valley Copper, the world's third largest copper mine where annual operating costs exceed $200 million dollars.

As a team member, Poul uses his experience in watching the bottom line to develop an effective financial strategy for projects, including sustainable cash flow projections to ensure that the recommended designs will not place an unacceptable financial burden on users and tax-payers.
