Scott Garthwaite began work with SHA in May, 2007 as a Civil Technologist.   His main responsibilities include landfill surveying, drafting, material management and costings and QA/QC insepctions. He works as a team member on a number of projects such as design and operations plans, closures, AutoCad design drawings, and annual monitoring reports. Of special interest, over the summer of 2007 Scott was responsible for the QA/QC program for the construction of a geomembrane closure system at Fernie Landfill in the East Kootenays.
